  1. Here's one that I suspect not many people are asking for, a maintenance program. What if my main activity is skiing or cycling or soccer, etc.? I can't follow one of your programs because I'll be too exhausted and tired to excel in the sport that I'm lifting for in the first place. Can you give us a program that allows us to be fresh for the sport we're competing in, but still maintains strength and endurance?

  2. Personally, I think this is the greatest lifting advice Jeff has ever given, there’s no novelty stuff, no bs, just a basic set of exe that you need that can basically make an entire program on their own. Lifting made simple. More of this please!
