  1. I like that you encourage completing these exercises in 1 day. Often, ppl want to do a back day, a leg day, an arm day, etc. I always completed a combo of exercises like this during a gym run, so i was doing a full body workout at once. Great exercises

You mentioned doing this fully body workout 2x per week..how many days should we have off in between..like a monday and friday? or should we do 2 days in between and alternate days each week..like monday, thursday, sunday then wensday, saturday, next weeK or should we just pick 2 days a week and stick to that…Ty I really appreciate these videos
