  2. Geez what a load of crap. My mum is in her 90s and eats only red meat, as my husband and I do also. None of us have bad cholesterol and haven’t been sick once in years and years. We have zero inflammation and are in incredible health. How do you explain how we survived as a species over millions of years, with meat and fat!

  4. If you live this long, it has nothing to do with what you eat. I can find people who are 100 who have eaten all their lives and still eat tons of tasty saturated fats and ones who are vegetarians or vegans who strictly restrict saturated fats. I think it's irrelevant to your lifespan.

  6. Beef us not full of saturated fat, look at a label, per 100g there is 22g protein and out of all the fat saturated us about 5g, the rest of it is water, just more lies. This is one example and you can find other examples if people who lived to an old age who smoked a lot, drank a lot and ate nothing but meat. We are all individuals and are affected by lots of different things
