  1. I really needed to hear this today. I’ve been stressing about a luncheon coming up this week thinking I’ll have to eat just salad to stay on my plan, because I am all-or-nothing. But I feel encouraged that I can have that big salad but allow myself small portions of other things. And then keep on keeping on with my plan for the remainder of the day. Not allow it to be a catalyst into bad choices for the rest of the day / week etc.

  2. What ur saying is so true, I do all these things in my weight loss journey. I don’t always hit all ten ( I check about 7-8 boxes daily) but I’m so focused on doing so until it keeps me in the game of weight loss. I look at it as a challenging game that I’m going to win, that attitude keeps me in it and determined to win. Every morning I wake up and I journal about the day before, my wins that day (how many boxes I checked) and how I can do better and check more boxes the next day. I’m challenging myself everyday, it keeps loosing weight fun and doable, it’s working for me! Great video! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

  3. One other important box for me to check daily is "meditation/mindfulness/breathing". I have to take a look inside myself at least once a day, to keep on track, reach my goals and take good care of my health and myself. Maybe some other viewers feel the same?
