  1. I am glad to listen to your podcasts covering many aspects of exercising for different purposes, eating healthier, including eating snacks, and why we need to consider your advice!! I need to change my exercising and eating habits immediately. Thank you

  2. Once again,.. PLEASE PLEASE provide alternatives that do NOT require equipment. Not everyone has gym access or can afford these equipment or have the room (even for an inversion table) PASSIVE HANG. ALTERNATIVE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

  3. Thank you so much🙏 for all videos,I found you around 3 weeks ago , I‘m 51 yo,have arthritis n x legs ,I do your exercise ( I picked up what i can do ) ,i always listen my body ,if too hard i quit , i feel much much better now 😊.

  4. These were great stretches because I'm not super flexible but was immediately able to do most of them – and they felt great. Might do them during my lunch breaks, after sitting at my desk for too long. Thank you!!!

  5. I started following and honestly loved the description and attention you give to explaining .

Ive being personal trainer , martial artist ,movement related and injury prevention. Awesome work 🙏🏻

  6. Just started checking out the fit mother videos. I’m 68 and starting the weights program and stretching program. I will definitely have to start with less reps on the weights and less time on some of the stretches but I’m OK with that, lol! I really like the succinctness and clarity of the instructions and not having to listen to a lot of superfluous chitchat👍🏼! Thank you!

  7. Thanks bro , ima young son just trying to get my mother to work out since were immigrants and they get no time to do hobbies/sports this is gonna help thank you , hope she listens and tries these , MUCH love

  8. Man do I wish that insurance plans would cover a couple of sessions with a trainer. All of us would be better off if that were possible. Trainers are expensive and even sometimes following a video you're not sure if you're doing things exactly right. I just think there would be less problems when you get older if you were taught this stuff at your yearly physical and were able to follow up on it through the year without having to worry about additional cost or just how some people are not comfortable going to the gym or able to afford outside instruction.
