  1. Among all his great videos, this one kind of sucks. The workout is very good, but between a commercial timed during the first high knees, distracting slowed down music that distracts you, and not declaring the switch during wood chops, the best way to do this vid is just to write the steps down and do them do your own music.

    I'm getting the days mixed up lol. I think I'm on day 24, but I thought legs was today… I had legs opened in another tab in preparation for today, but I guess not… Oh well lol.
