  4. You think you’re good at push-ups until he makes you do 3:50 minutes of various kinds of them (including burpees). But I’m happy to say my pike push-up is really improving. I could barely do like 2 a week ago but now I can do a pretty solid pace for a minute now. Day 6 complete
