Finally accepting that I gained weight 😂 adding 10 min to end my day on top of my normal workouts and will hopefully be motivated to eat better soon also. Good workout 🎉

Just hit this workout at 275 (the heaviest I’ve ever been) gonna keep hitting it until I can do it without extra breaks. 😅

1) How often should one do HIIT exercises?
2) Is it necessary to follow up with a different routine?
