  2. Man, I been incorporating a different 10min bullyjuice ab video in my last 4 workouts and along with hitting the bike for 20 mins and full body workouts my gut is already gone. Full disclosure: love handles are still there but I haven’t seen the definition of my 6 pack til now…. Gonna be consistent this whole month and work on tightening everything up!

    PS: I used to have to press pause to catch my breath, but I did this workout the whole way thru. Thanks BullyJuice 💪🏽
