    note:
    – i'm doing a variety of other workouts, as well as heavy lifting and strength training concurrently with this video
    – i'm only doing this workout once a day bc i'm doing the other things
    – i'm kinda going for a more muscular look (so i'm focusing on muscle mass too and not just slimming)
    – i'm not really following a specific diet but i'm trying to eat less carbs/processed foods/sugar and more protein/fruits/veggies/clean

    day 1: ✅ doneee, it burned a little bit but it wasn't impossible
    day 2: ❌ ugh I know, second day and didn't complete, but i'm getting back on track I promise 🙂
    day 3: ✅ done, I added 5 lb weights to everything I felt like I could
    day 4: ❌ super busy, did not complete, I will be doing twice tomorrow with 5 lb weights!

  4. This is the easiest arm exercise video for me to build up to Chloe's harder stuff. I feel these exercises more in my upper shoulders than arms, is that normal? I don't feel this in my arms at all, why?

  5. trying to slim my arms bcs thats my insecurity so i will try this workout and update yall for a week or a week and a half!

    week 1:
    day 1: ✅ holy guacamole, my arms are burning and sore but i managed to get through it
    day 2: ❌ felt sick so didnt do it
    day 3: ❌ body was aching and felt sick again
    day 4: ❌ so sorryyy im not going to be doing this for a few days due to me being sick 😞

  7. this rlly helped my as i started feeling stronger jst after the first day and after a week or a bit more i could feel muscle growing you could faaitly see it.I will continue doing this as a add on to the 2020 summer shred every day

  8. I'm using this workout instead of the arms 2024 summer shred one, as I am rehabilitating my shoulder at mo and can't do planks. It's working well as a replacement. Thanks Chloe for so many great options ❤
