Just finished this workout along with day 11 of rosie’s summer workout!!
Tomorrow I'll end the Summer challenge it's hard but I do it
25 days of work 🎉
All exercises in planks were very hard for me, but day 2 is done
crying then resuming
*crying question why I wanted to torture myself * then continuing again
let's do this 2024 25 days weight loss challenge , like this so i remember to update .
Starting point 70 Kg and I'm 161 cm
Day 1 ✅ it was kinda hard
Day 2 ✅ I'm in so much pain but i did it
Day 3 ✅ still can't walk but i can do the workouts
Day 4 ✅ it's getting better
Day 5 ✅ i almost quite but i did it just bc i have rest days
Day 6 ✅ rest ❤
Day 7 ✅ rest ❤
Yeeees I'm so proud of myself
Day 8 ✅ let's goooo despite me busy schedule and no fitness mat where i am rn but i still did it and got back to my schedule after the 2 rest days
Note : i definitely see a lot of changes in my body , my belly is barely there and my abs are back ( not fully) also lost 2 KG
so now I'm 68 Kg 🤭 trying to get back to my 60 Kg again
Day 9 ✅ 😭 I'm so so proud of myself even tho I'm on the first day of my period but i still managed to do it , damn it hurts so good after completing it , and it wasn't hard at all it went so smoothly, I enjoyed it so much 💗
Day 10 ✅ despite my period cramps, the workout went super smoothly and easily. 10 days of 15 more to go

I started this at the start of the week, today's sunday, and I've already seen results! By the start of next week, I'll start doing the whole workout program to see if I'll have any progress! I'll try and comeback to give more information!

Goal: 49 kg (108 lb)
Day 1 ✅: Knees were hurting a bit but completed both videos.
DAY 2!!!! and I already lost 1 kilo in 1 day but I can't feel my legs😭😭 but I don't care thank you very much chloe🥹🥹 I love you so much from Turkey🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷
I got one more day and I finish a program. after that I'll rest a day or two and start a new one !
