  1. Two weeks shred from August 2020
    — Day 2: Why does Chloe do a day with three workouts that all have abs in them?! Anyway, needed one additional break to do my wrist activation, next time this workout comes up I should do it before all the videos. Apart from that I really didn't put all my heart into the mountain climbers (I hate mountain climbers and I already had to do them in another workout today!) and I didn't get the last exercise, need to practice that next time beforehand. I could use a water bottle as dumb bell during thos side plank exercises. Maybe also for the rowing? I mean, I can't do the push ups on a water bottle but I could grab it. Definetely don't need one during the arm-leg-raise, that went pretty bad without extra weight. Apart from that I can't do real push ups all the way to the ground but I can do them like half way. But I could try to do one real one on the beginning of every push-up exercise.

  2. Ain't gonna lie doing the 2 week challenge I'm screaming crying dying all at the same time but once you did 3 days al get easy I went form 110 kg to 55 kg doing only chloe so I'm thank full I came a cross her page since 2021 till 2024

    Not because it was painful, although it was, but because I was embarrassed and i think i injured myself…. It's so hard and people are doing it but i can't yet i want to look fit… All you guys doing it, kudos to you, be proud of yourself

  4. Thank you chloe. I am seeing amazing changes i have even tagged you they have been helping my huggggggeee tummy into shape. Dayum i have so much fat deposit never knew😂. One day you will notice my tag 🥹 they have given me the power to love my body so much

Im at day 13 of the 2 week shred challenge and at first i felt like this wasn't working for me bc i havent seen much progress in my weight but then when chloe said "this is the last exercise" i was like "whattttt?? Its already done this fast?" And thats when i realized that i have probably gotten stronger and better at doing the exercises! I also only paused the vid a few times now and those times are only because my wrists were hurting and friend was chatting me. I'M SO PROUD OF MYSELF‼️‼️
