The title is wrong. It should be glutes and hamstrings, not hips and hamstrings
This is not very relaxing it made my legs hurt badly I don’t recommend this.

Not the least bit effective aside of pigeon pose. It felt like glamour yoga .. adding aesthetics to make it look more dynamic while losing the effectiveness of traditional yoga.
