R u sure this will work for hourglass figure..?I feel like whole focus is only on arms
so im overweight but i found doing shred and fatloss programs a lil difficult so i started with hourglass challenge and my question is, will using dumbbells and doing these exercises help me lose fat in my broad shoulders… im fat and i want to lose the weight but i dont want to gain muscles and look the same, so will it reduce my fat and lessen my shouder and big arms?
