  1. I was doing so well with my workouts but ended up gaining back all my weight only 15lbs but a lot for me since I’m short and have a small frame. I had someone I love pass but 20mins is a good start to jump back in!

  2. Have a SUPER busy December (seasonal worker/musician/entertainment) so 20 Minute Challenge it is! If I complete this I’ll be done right before Xmas! Adding on running intervals and small full body w dumbbells workouts on top of it when I have slightly less busy days!

    Day 4: Thurs, Dec 5 ✅
    Day 5: Fri, Dec 6 ✅

  3. Thankfully there are the no jump option xD my joints overmove so for me this is best because dislocating especially my ankles and my wrists is very easy. Thanks for the workout! Hope you keep having fun time making the videos as well!

  5. Day 1 of this challenge!!! Today I LITERALLY only have 20 minutes 🫠✨️🩷 but that's what this is for!!!! I hope with this challenge I become more consistent and strong and continue to lose weight for health and strength 💪

  6. hadn't worked out in more than a month cause i was feeling really down but i wanted to get back on track so here i am :') knowing it's only 20 minutes each day is motivating haha

    Не пишите мне что 50 кг это нормально..потому что живот выпирает((( надеюсь получиться похудеть..буду пить больше води заниматься каждый день спортом на протяжении 14 дней.. И постараюсь есть чуть меньше сладкого но не буду себя ограничивать!)) ❤

    делала один раз:_)
    Постараюсь делать два раза в день + разние упражнение кроме этих )

  10. I just moved to a new flat, so I don’t have weighers lol. Just will rely on my feelings

    Day 1: Took a longer rest in hiit. Yesterday did 38k steps, maybe, that’s why. Had some difficulty with abs workout (instead of some exercises did plank)

  11. I just started this today. I'm absolutely out of breath. Had to switch to low impact. Please tell me this is all worth and it'll be better in next two months? I really don't want to quit it anymore!

  12. Never in my life did i think that i would say this about a chloe ting workout but that felt so good !!
    I did start with less intense workouts , real slow and fun to build up my stamina then i came back here and her workouts just hit the right muscles with the right intensity ❤ you've got this guys !
