Side planks are my enemy, I can never do them right. I don't know if it's my balance or my arm strength, but I just can't do them for some reason.

Now i finish 8 days
So after one week,i was 84.9,now 83.8
I lost 1 kg
I really start feel the change in body shape
P.s: i’m on diet and sometime after exercise i try trade mil ( high incline,normal speed )

Almost done with the challenge… I saw results but in honesty you can't just go eat whatever you like… I don't eat rice, more on protein and some fruits and vegetables so it will make me full. No snacking as well. 3 meals a day. 1-2 pcs chicken, 1 serving fruit, 1 serving vegetable
