I started on the miracle morning journey a few weeks ago and part of this is to excerise for a least 10 minutes each day. I found this video againand I have been using it.     I started this yesterday and you have to know that I’m really lazy, but I am trying my best. I am doing leg workout and small waist workout arms workout and this workout. So I am doing 40 to 45 minutes workout a day without any break.
    Day, one was really hard, but I did it till the end
    Day two a little bit easier
    Remind me not to give up please 😭😭
