  2. OKAY SO I HAVE STARTED THIS WORKOUT FROM YESTERDAY, SO AM GONNA DO THIS CHALLENGE FOR 3 WEEKS (21 DAYS) SO I AM NOT GONNA INFORM YOU EVERYDAY BUT WILL UPDATE YOU AT LAST DAY OF THIS WORKOUT TY AND TRUST ME I WILL OFC SHOW YOU ALL A HONEST RESULTS TILL WAIT!!

    WAIST = 33 CM
    LOWER BELLY = 40 CM
    THIGH = 24.5
    SO OKAY DON'T JUDGE ANYONE GUYS!! BTW IDK MY WEIGHT BUT OFC IF I WILL LOSE FAT DEFINITELY WILL LOSE WEIGHT ANYWAYS MERI MOM KIS KAM KI SHE WILL GUESS MY WEIGHT WITHOUT ANY MACHINE 😋!!

  3. Day 1: my goal is to lose 5 kgs in 2 weeks lets see how it goes

    We just finished the workout. It was pretty hard. I just wanna lie down forever

    Day 2: im gonna start working out now.

    I worked out

    Day 3: im starting workout now

    I just finished workout. Im sweaty and tired. I had no motivation to did that but since i know i started i want to go to the finish line.

    Day 4: im starting workout now, my body hurts and i dont want to but im still doing it.

    I just finished the workout. I feel good, sweaty and i hope it will make me lose some kgs. Im not weighing myself until day 7. I try not to eat late night and increase my water intake

    Day 5: im gonna start workout. I dont feel motivated but here we go.

    So i finished, im super sweaty as always

    Day 6: im starting workout
    Im done
    Feels good to being consistent

    Day 1: i almost died. I havent excersised in years PLSSS i hope it gets better from here becyz omfg im sweating from rvery corner of my atoms😭😭
    Day 2: bit easier than yesterday, still sweatinnv. Im dead
    Day3 MY LEGS ARE SOO SORE HELPP😊
    Day 3: sore leg no more. Im still sweating asfff but woww i love todays weather. Its windy and cold, my favorite combo

    Day 4: im sweating but yesss i am better better at it too

  5. I have gained my weight recently and im afraid of gaining more. So started this workout from today. Im 57 kg now. Goal weight : 47 kg ✅️ height : 5.1 ft

    Day 1 ✅️ – seems average but i did sweat. Its fun!
    Day 2 ✅️ – my body was paining from yesterday's workout. But I did it anyway. I sweat more than yesterday.
    Day 3 ✅️ – done. It became easier than yesterday.
    Day 4 ✅️ – my thigh pains while doing workout. And i did 15 mins cardio dance workout after doing this. (YT : Steezy)
    Day 5 ✅️ – done. with dance workout
    Day 6 ✅️ – done ✔️ 12 hrs fast
    Day 7 ❌️ – rest, coz i was not feeling well. 14 hrs fast
    Day 8 ✅️ – did it along with 15 min dance workout, 13 hrs fast
    Day 9 ✅️ – i was feeling lazy but did it anyway ufff… im sweating rn. 18 hrs fast.
    Day 10 ✅️ – done ✔️ also did 15 mins dance work out. sweating rn. 14 hrs fast.
    Day 11 ❌️ rest. I had some work
    Day 12 ✅️. Done
