    PS: These 20min workouts have been the only ones I find myself being consist with!!! Absolutely love them! It doesn't feel like it steals too much time and still gets the job done!

    Завтра будет последний, я не могу поверить, что впервые не заброшу и наконец-то закончу марафон
    Я очень горжусь собой и своим результатом
    Мой вес не изменился (так как я не меняла рацион), но за 18 дней моё тело стало выглядеть намного лучше и красивее, физически я стала в разы сильнее и теперь тренировки даются мне без особого труда
    Хлоя, я безгранично благодарна тебе, делай подольше 20 минутных марафонов перед учёбой, они очень помогают
    Сразу начну эту программу ещё раз как только закончу❤

  4. Day 4 of the workout, guys even if you feel like its doing nothing the first week you have to keep pushing, i feel stronger than the first day and dont forget to have your rest days!

  5. I'm on day 2!! A month late, but this is perfect timing!! I quit the lean arms challenge because there was 3 vids a day and is over 30 mins but this, perfect. only 1 or 2 videos a day, im in exam week but i want to take care of myself because not working out feels wrong (i love exercising!!). love you chloe, PLEASE do more of these🙏🏻💗even atleast 30 min a day is good. nothing over 32!
