PS: These 20min workouts have been the only ones I find myself being consist with!!! Absolutely love them! It doesn't feel like it steals too much time and still gets the job done!

My wrist gets hurt while doing your video. I don't know why but I prefer full body HIIT. 20 minutes sweating.
This program is amazing ! But I can't stand on my wrists so I can't do most of the exercises on this video 😔. But it's okay, I can do the others 😊
Your beginner friendly workouts are not beginner friendly atleast add low impacts side by side to. Only this is the problem otherwise your programms arw good

Day 4 of the workout, guys even if you feel like its doing nothing the first week you have to keep pushing, i feel stronger than the first day and dont forget to have your rest days!

I'm on day 2!! A month late, but this is perfect timing!! I quit the lean arms challenge because there was 3 vids a day and is over 30 mins but this, perfect. only 1 or 2 videos a day, im in exam week but i want to take care of myself because not working out feels wrong (i love exercising!!). love you chloe, PLEASE do more of these🙏🏻💗even atleast 30 min a day is good. nothing over 32!
