    — Day 1: 10.05.2025
    I need to do my wrist activation on the beginning of every workout day this video comes up. Maybe just on any workout day that hasa video with arms or upper body in the title.
    So today I did a longer break in the middle to do my wrist activation. It really works better though if I do it first, and not only before the arm video but before the other ones as well. So my wrists still hurt a lot.
    Apart from that I definitely need to do the low impact version at the bear position jump thing, I didn't get that at all, and at the push up exercise because I can't do real push ups. I mean, I can do one but that's it. I can also do them not going all the way down which is harder than on my knees but I think I'll manage the low impact version first and after that I can step up to that version.
    But, first day of a new Chloe Ting challenge finished and it wasn't that hard, I'm happy! 😊

  2. Just came back to working out after like 3-4 months, I've gained about 5-6 kgs so now I'm aiming to lose that. And I have to say even though I have not been exercising Im doing a fairly decent job at keeping up. Im rlly happy 😀

  3. я прошла уже 2 недели тренировок и каждый раз проклинаю упражнения, где опора – руки, так как у меня инвалидность после пережитых операций и я просто не могу опираться на правую руку, каждый раз грущу делая что-то со скрипом(

  5. Typing this as I’m still in a session, consider this a diary to whoever sees this:
    day1: I used to be more active, but I ended up going inactive for like a whole 4 months, coming back was like hitting a wall. I barely made it I had like 15% I gave 15% , it’s like a battle with my own mind pushing myself to get it done or do hard things.. I will cling on the belief I will get better. Sun. Jan 19. 2025

  6. É isso, quarto e último exercício de hoje. Comecei: 14/01/2025 ás 18:14 Descansei uns 7 minutos, agora estou indo nesse. Isso é muito cansativo, socorro… mas vamos lá ;D Terminei: 14/01/2025 ás 18:26 Tive que dar umas pausas se não eu não iria aguentar, dessa vez eu senti que ia vomitar KJKJK MAS FOI DE BOA ESSE, e acredito que como tenha sido o último, fiquei mais animada e quase não cansei, terminei por hoje de exercícios. No treino tem um último vídeo, de alongamento, então estou indo fazer ele. Altura: 1,56 // Peso: 57,3

  7. Why does my wrist keep hurting? 😭😭I try doing this before but I gave up due to the pain in my wrist which was so bad that I have to take some days leave. Now when I try this exercises it still hurts. I don't know what to do. Am I doing something wrong? Am I doing this incorrectly? I don't know 😭😭
