  2. Hi Athlean, I have floor 1meter high parallel bars at home. I use ONE bar and have seen instant amazing ab results by doing chin up to the bar. I initially lay under the bar for revers pullup grip, place feet flat my knees bent and pull up. This has been so much better than boring situps and it seems to work my whole core. I have notice next morning i am sore around midrift and stomach. I avoid two days as its hurts dont want to strain.
    These are amazing working the whole stomach section. is there any medical issue with this. I alternate between forward and under grip.
    60 a night or every second day is enough. I am carnivore so abs started to show quick.

  3. I am waiting for the cue sounds, so i have to keep the sound on. but the music is just bad. I know its generic gym music, but thats why everyone has their own headphones, i think. Thank you so much for the workout, and try to put music a little better if you agree

  4. I've been doing abs for a while now, I do sets of 10 on the reverse incline with the incline maxed out and a 45lbs weight held overhead. I think this ab workout hit my abs better.

  5. It is so funny that you mentioned your dress. As soon as the video started, I recoiled when I saw your dress. I immediately thought of two-face, the Batman villain. Then I was wondering why that dress made me have such a visceral reaction. Anyway, great content on your channel.
