  2. Any way you could do the Russian twist and leg raise/kick flutter some other way for those with back problems? Or who went through surgery and can't twist the spine that way?
    It's very important to have good abs when you have back problems but at the same you can't really do all the normal things people do to get really good abs. Thanks!!!!

  4. This is really not easy, but I can feel that it is working on my abs very much, even if it is only 10 mins only, maybe I do it in the evening at 10am, maybe too tired after visiting Orchard Road.

  5. I've been doing Mark's stretching and Louis's workout for 2 weeks, and it's become easy for me as time passes. I sweat during the workout, but I love it every day. I'm glad I knew about you though late. Hope to keep up with you soon; I've never began a workout and continued it for two weeks straight. Kamsahamnida❣
