Any way you could do the Russian twist and leg raise/kick flutter some other way for those with back problems? Or who went through surgery and can't twist the spine that way?
It's very important to have good abs when you have back problems but at the same you can't really do all the normal things people do to get really good abs. Thanks!!!!
