Remove any politically bias hateful judge in a court of law. They are suppose to follow the constitution of the U.S. – they should not use or have their own personal bias in a court of law!!!!

So while the Judge can talk, The Prosecutor can talk, The Judge's daughter can talk and use Daddy's case and inside information to raise money for Democrats, all of the prosecution witnesses can talk…. Trump can't talk, his lawyers can't talk, his family can't talk, now his witnesses can't talk…
ALSO of Note one of Trump's witnesses is a Professor Bradley Smith… it's being said now that Judge Merchan will NOT allow Professor Bradly Smit to testify on Trump's behalf. How can the Judge tell the defense who they can and can't have as a witness? That means Trump is being disallowed from defending himself.
The reason they Judge is going to disallow Professor Bradley Smit to testify, is because he previously served as commissioner, vice chairman, and chairman of the Federal Election Commission. In other words, he knows the election laws, helped write, and clarify those laws and helped enforce those laws. This Judge does not want someone with that much expertise, tell him what he already knows, that Trump violated no Election or Campaign laws.
Why is Trump the only man in the United States that is not allowed Freedom of Speech or be able to mount his own Defense and witnesses??? This is unthinkable. If they can do this to President Trump to retain power, no other American can has a chance if they come after YOU.
How can a bowel movement like Trump get away with this.

Not in living memory has there been such a decline of our nation in just the few short years between one election and the next.
