    Plenty lower back involvement and my sciatica has been pretty bad so I couldnt do all the reps but I still completed the exercises. ā¤

Hi was hoping someone who knows about loosing good ampunt of weight and doing strength trainign and toning are these youtube workouts good as i was told to follow sets and reps upper lower and fullbody …i like the fullbody all in one more then split them up .. but is this just as effective as reps and set for each exersise?specaily the no repeats
