  3. Not quite 8,000 steps according to my FitBit Sense 2 but it comes pretty close. 7813 steps, 52 active zone minutes with 8 in vigorous and peak zones. 3.11 miles and 743 calories burned. Overall I loved this workout. Oh I used 5lb weights with some of the moves so that would explain the extra calories burned. I will be doing more of these. II worked up a good sweat without hurting my body.
