Not quite 8,000 steps according to my FitBit Sense 2 but it comes pretty close. 7813 steps, 52 active zone minutes with 8 in vigorous and peak zones. 3.11 miles and 743 calories burned. Overall I loved this workout. Oh I used 5lb weights with some of the moves so that would explain the extra calories burned. I will be doing more of these. II worked up a good sweat without hurting my body.

What a easy way to get your steps in and great way to wake up your body for the day! My Apple Watch set on Indoor walking shows10,644 steps for 6.95 miles and burned a fantastic 589 calories:)
