  1. Great workout. 40 seconds makes a huge difference. I am out of breathe and sweating. I always enjoy the thinking that goes with your exercises. I am sure I will do better next time. Pace is too fast for me but I just do my pace. I am getting better at keeping up but not there yet. Maybe one day.
