Hey guys it's been a while I went to Florida then a few weeks later my sister visited me and then after she left we all got sick with covid… well my hubby got suck before my sister came and we thought was allergies… I got the sickest unfortunately so I am trying to get back into the swing of things… So I started off with this walking workout .. I knew squats or something would be too much… So far today I have consumed 48oz of water towards my daily gallon goal… According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned calories 352 and completed 3,822 steps… Today's green smoothie is Napa cabbage abd lacinato kale both from my garden pineapple banana & flax oil blended with water… See you all tomorrow… I am going to continue with light workouts for a while…
