The best exercise ever I even have to stop every 2 minutes in between but my pain in my leg and my heel it gone believe me I have plenty fasciitis if I don't do the exercise I'll be conscience I can't work believe me with these exercise. It's released the pain, but the numbness is still on. Keep it up.❤
