    I was expecting all the moves are moving and using light weights but the weights were used the in 2nd and 3rd sets only, and at every other move! It's ok!

  6. You have given me a new life with your knee and back friendly workouts. I do a lot of your different workouts..
    I just wished that you had added instructions for correct body posture and lifting of weights plus where to put stress to avoid back pain.. A layman can’t understand the technique right away. No offence intended. I apologise if my suggestion hurts your feelings 🙏🏻😇♥️♥️
