I enjoy your workout videos except when the music doesn’t sync with the steps—it’s very distracting, and I find myself either muting the video or else not watching the video as I try to keep time with the music (which I feel is part of the reason for the music—not simply as a distraction from the workout). It would be very helpful to rhythm-oriented people like me if the workout and the music synced. 🙂

  2. Thank you. Just finished and had been putting exercise off for so long. II'm a grandmother, quite healthy but feeling old age creeping around in my bones and while walking is great for me, it wears a bit thin after a while so I love these workouts because they cover all areas and I'm only just reaping the benefits, doing them a bit slower but still doing them. I'm feeling healthy, mind and body, and losing weight is a plus but finding my balance is what I'm aiming for.
