  1. Liked the video but found some of the cool down exercises a bit fast and bouncy , could be dangerous for the loss fit. Just saying as a class instructor, pt and exercise therapist for over 25 years

  2. So, i was a bit anxious to pick up an unfamiliar workout, and it definitely took me a few tries to coordinate some of the moves. But i'm so happy i was able to finish it and have fun in the process! A good sweat, easy on the joints, a new go-to. Thank you!
