  2. 11, 2 2024 Hello Andi, I love your outfit- mind you, it is too sexy for men, poor guys! I just couldn't decide if it was navy blue or black, my eyes played tricks on me. Slowly, I may be able to come back to your exercises. They are still challenging and many times I have to make modifications, but hopefully, I am getting there. The one but last time I had such tense muscles after one of your workouts that I abandoned even trying for a month at least. But, I want to see if I can get back to them slowly. 40 seconds is an awfully long time for me for one round of exercise. I need to break them down sometimes for two parts or change sides. Occasionally, I completely abandon them and just walk. I had to leave off exercising last year in the summer months because I had no aircon. I cannot exercise in the heat 40 Celsius degree! But I hope to not repeat it, now I have aircon. Thank you.

  3. First, I wanna thank you for these great videos. Second I 11:20 noticed you have a mole on your abs. I had one in the same spot. Thankfully enough people kept telling me about it and I went to a dermatologist when they removed it was early stages of melanoma. I always feel the need to tell people when I see suspicious moles.
