  1. Brilliant for starting or ending the day. These shorter workouts means you can fit in at least three or four a day, perfect for this 'retiree' with bad knees. I think the new thoughts on exercise is the 'walking' exercises with functional movements, they say they are highly beneficial. Thanks.

  2. I always follow workouts from BurpeeGirl. My weight used to be 86kg, but now it’s 74kg. I only exercise for 15-20 minutes a day, watch my diet, and cut out sugar. And I did it!
