    I tracked this workout using 2 bands (walking mode): Amazfit 5 and Xiaomi Mi5

    Amazfit 5: 7,71 km, 11003 steps, 566 calorie burn

    Xiaomi Mi Band 5: 11,76 km, 10600 steps, 554 calorie burn

    The only breaks I took with this workout were between rounds. Worked through the black and white sections.

  2. This one great for today. Workout every day and with weights (kettlebell 95% off the time). But remaind myself doesn't have to train every day with weights. Steps more then 10.000 today and nice for the knees and full body today.

  3. Why do I like to follow your workout? you are not like other cardio trainers on youtube. they promise to do certain exercises saying that you will be able to lose a certain amount of weight in a certain number of days. While not everyone has a beautiful belly like Korean women.

Hii Burpeedoll…just finished this greaaaatttt workout…running up and down the stairs several times a day near the construction Im facing knee pain…even then managing to do your workouts….my body has toned again after the break and my watch is showing 11,000 steps and I burnt 488 calories in today's workout…thank you dear love you so much…..and yes waiting for today's workout…
