  6. As someone who does HIIT, swimming speedwalk, and zumba…I first previewed this workout and thought my heart rate wouldn't get high enough. That was a HUGE MISTAKE for thinking that way. My HR hovered around 150 until the cool down. Excellent workout! This will be my go to on the stormy recovery days!❤❤❤

  7. I completed this workout the other day and I loved it! Definitely had me rockin and I enjoyed the dance based moves in some of the rounds. I have all of your 1 hour plus walking workouts saved to a Playlist that I do everyday. I especially love the 10k's and have done practically each one, all the way back to the 1st videos you've uploaded. I never skip a day even when I may feel bad because it's so much fun!
