  3. BurpeeGirl, just wanted to say thank you for your workouts. I’m male, 59, and in decent shape, but your workouts have kicked me into a higher gear. I started with the 30 minute workouts, and now I’m regularly doing the 60 minute sessions. (There are a couple 30 minute workouts that are real kickers and I still do them.) I’m burning a ton of calories, getting more limber, and reshaping myself physically. Thanks again!
