    Okay so here my feedback
    This workout totally beginner friendly, completely sweating, more than 40min, included some cooldown stretching..
    however part of me was hoping they can make beginner and advanced workOut in the same video so we can choose which version that we wanna try or perhaps we can do the workOut with our partners..
