  1. Hi, your videos helping me very much! ( this is my second day to day video that I practice 😁)
    One request: water fasting became very popular ( in my 18th day only water) and would be very helpful if you are kind to provide a few sets on different levels and parts of body that includes:
    – no turning head ( on w/f light headed is common )
    – low cardio ( steady pace or slow pace first 5 min then increasing but maybe 20min?)
    – low impact ( usually fat ppl have knee and back issues aka me 😅)
