I am 56 years old and I was the  European champion in caiak canoe in 1982… I have a sporty lifestyle but with little difficulty because I have  an accident on the cervical spine I was operated on 4 times with not very good results. Now I'm trying to keep  my siluet and physical condition by doing gymnastics at home. Thank you for the support and help you give us with videos uploaded on you tube.   5. I just discovered this channel and this was my first workout. I loved seeing which muscles are being worked during every move, and the breaks in between each move were much appreciated! I have subscribed and am adding these to my rotation!

  6. I LOVE this video! So far it's my absolute favorite aerobics workout. I'm 39 and been severely overweight and out of shape almost my entire life. When I began working out 3 months ago,I found this video and quickly began incorporating it into my daily exercises. When I started, I could only last 10 min in, with numerous rests added to the 10 second rests between exercises. Now, even as spring is upon us, and temperatures are rising, I'm able to do the whole video without having to pause it once!! I'm SO much stronger, my endurance is greatly improved and my balance has NEVER been this good!

    I absolutely recommend this video to anyone whose looking to get stronger and healthier. ❤️ Just remember to go at your own pace and don't overdo it! ❤️
