  1. TAKE NOTE: NO MATTER WHAT STATE OR COURTROOM THIS THING ENDS UP IN IS CORRUPT! EVERY LAST PERSON FROM THE JUDGE TO THE “LIBERAL ACTIVIST CHOSEN JURY” ARE CORRUPT HA HA HA BYEDON 👋🏽

  2. DON’T SUPPORT US THOUSANDS OF FELLOW AMERICANS WORKING FOR OUR COURTS/DOJ? DON’T SUPPORT OUR ELECTIONS AND US WHO HAVE SPENT DECADES VOLUNTEERING AT THEM? YOU ARE NO PATRIOT!! MIGHT WANT TO LOOK AT A MOVE TO LEBANON, N KOREA OR RUSSIA! MAYBE YOULL SUPPORT THOSE FOLKS/THEIR GOVT!! USA IS NOT FOR YOU 🤷🏾‍♀️

  3. From where and how did Rep. Goldman get more than $190,000 to pay the consulting fee in the first place. To begin with, this amount is almost equal to the annual salary of a Congressman. Every time a demoncrat gets involved, there is the smell of rotting fish!

  4. I think in high profile cases like this bank accounts should be monitored and promotions should be blocked. In order to root out corruption. And even when the case ends accounts should keep being monitored for years later. Those that are corrupt would hate this.

  5. Maybe Anderson Cooper didn't believe Cohen, but if any of those jurors were that candid and that honest and that law-abiding, there's no way DA Bragg or judge Merchan would have allowed it.

  6. What is Judicial Bias?

Before delving into how to remove a biased judge from a case, its crucial to understand what judicial bias is and why it matters. Judicial bias refers to the predisposition, whether conscious or unconscious, of a judge to favor one party or outcome over another in a legal case. This bias can stem from personal beliefs, experiences, prejudices, or external influences that may compromise the judge’s impartiality and ability to make fair and unbiased decisions. Judicial bias undermines the core principles of justice, including fairness, equality, and due process, and can have serious consequences for the individuals involved in legal proceedings.

  7. My concern is….since closing arguments have been given and jury returns next week with a verdict. Is there time to have this trial dismissed, or a mistrial declared. And, would that decision have to be made by Merchan?. And, what if jury declares a conviction? What can be done? Does anybody know?
