  3. Burpee girl has transformed my health for the best! I enjoy her simple yet effective workouts. I think they are tailored for woman especially women who have burnout/exhaustion/high stress and are sensitive to high intensity workouts. I have lost over 30 lbs following her workouts every night. I do 15 min a day and it doesnt exhaust me like HIIT workouts do or make me want to eat more. I also watch what i eat but its easy when your workouts don't exhaust you.
