  1. Burned 177 calories , 2054 steps and was about7 minutes late putting my watch on. I made the mistake of thinking low impact meant easy lol. This was the second hardest workout I've done on this channel. I worked out with Chloe ting on YouTube for 6 months. Didn't lose a lb because the moves were insanely difficult. 3 weeks in with you and im Down 4 lbs. Not much to many but for working out every other day since new years and not losing anything this is huge. Thank you so much. I almost gave up.

  2. Thank you for keeping the moves simpler on this one. I've found that my coordination is pretty lousy, so I have a hard time keeping up with the moves in other videos. I spend half the time just trying to get my body to figure out how to do it.

  3. So I started with the walking Tabata 30 minutes daily since last week and I thought hey, let me try something new and did this. Wow, I broke sweat pretty early on! This is my next favorite video. Gonna check out the rest <3 I'm trying to get into the habit of a daily exercise as I'm on BC due to health reason and been gaining weight so easily. I love this workout, easy on the knees, music is catchy and I love seeing BurpeeGirl's smile as she does the workout.
